Keep the glass down

Take a glass full of water.  Hold it for a while. You may not find any problem. Continue holding for 10-15 mins , your  hands start paining. Continue for 30-50 minutes. You feel like the bones are breaking and you can no longer hold it.

Now let’s compare. Consider glass with water as your problems. As long as you hold it i.e, when you think about the same problem over again, it pains you, it hurts you.

So, let problems come.  Do not worry too much about it. Keep the mind free from problems. Difficulties teach us a lot. It depends on our attitude as how we take it. So from now on,

                                          KEEP YOUR GLASS DOWN
